Abstract
This project will propose a novel approach to tackle molecularly targeted drug resistance by exploiting the capabilities of three innovative technologies:
Microfluidic/microscopy platforms, for collecting high throughput data of cell dynamics upon programmable and combinatorial drug perturbations;
organs-on-chip, which are excellent in vitro systems to recapitulate organ physiology;
cybergenetics, to steer cancer cell dynamics.
