Abstract
Live More Offline Ltd (LMO) is a specialised consultancy in the field of Digital Wellbeing, helping support wellbeing and performance through healthy digital workplace practices. Addressing issues such as 'always on' working, video exhaustion, remote loneliness and digital distraction, we provide training and consulting to create positive individual digital habits and healthy digital workplaces.
Through the development of a digital solution, LMO will provide employers vital data and individuals tailored, immediate actions to get to the root of the impact digital working is having on employee experience and create positive change. Using this solution, organisations will be equipped to make further strategic decisions in improving the health and effectiveness of digital workplaces.
The software will provide a full digital wellbeing toolkit, alongside learning and training tools, consulting and workshops designed to educate and affect individual habit and wider cultural change.
