Integrated Human-Centred Care Access for Older People
Lead Participant:
CROSS DIGITAL LTD
Abstract
The adult care sector and healthy ageing community (65+) are severely weakened by years of declining funding and rising demand for services which Covid-19 has exacerbated. Older people with physical, social, financial and housing (PSFH) needs and their concerned parties fail to receive adequate care, products and services.
Building the Care Access (CA) Platform will create value by facilitating exchanges between older people and organisations. CA will harness and create an extensive, scalable network of consumers and producers with resources accessed on-demand. Creating communities and markets will allow older people and organisations to interact and transact.
