Road Angel Connected Halo (RACH) Mobile Dashcam Network
Lead Participant:
IN PHASE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
Abstract
InPhase's RoadAngel Connected Halo (RACH) dashcams will revolutionise the way dashcams are used. Utilising always-on smart dashcam devices with a smart connected network, streaming video footage to the cloud, the RACH dashcam system provides individuals with a convenient and secure way to monitor/interact with their vehicles and surrounding areas in real-time at any location, and introduces a novel method of assisting police/authorities with investigations.
This project will develop the cloud-based service, as well as developing the portal for police/authorities use. Developing the cloud platform will enable roll-out of the technology to the new patented system with a range of connected dashcams as well as the 200,000 WiFi units InPhase already have in the marketplace, by integrating some of the patented features into the RoadAngel app.
