Neurodiversity in Cyber

Abstract
'Neurodiversity is Cyber' led by Specialisterne Northern Ireland will work with a cohort of 20 neurodivergent people. Over the course of twelve weeks the programme will support participants by connecting neurodivergent people to cyber roles to reduce the identified skillsgap.
Participants will complete IBM Skills Build Digital Badge in Cybersecurity Fundamentals along with a range of other modules.
Participants will connect with neurodivegent mentors working in cyber and will also have the opportunity to connect with employers through experience days.
Specialisterne Northern Ireland will deliver a multi company workshop with neurodivergent mentors working in cyber for employers.
Twenty participants will receive globally recognised Digital Credentials verified by Credly.
At the end of the twelve week programme participants will be newly seeking work in cyber.
