New hole transporting materials with energy conversion applications.
Lead Research Organisation:
University of Glasgow
Department Name: School of Chemistry
Abstract
This research programme will develop new hole transporting materials (HTMs) with new energy conversion applications (e.g. solar cells and LEDs). The project will involve a large component of organic synthesis, characterization using solution electrochemistry, UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy and DFT modelling. Devices will be fabricated from the most promising derivatives
