Integration of AI tools for SME business development

Lead Participant: TUBULAR LTD

Abstract

Tubular is a CRM software, designed to streamline sales and help its users organise their leads, close deals quicker and create sales reports all in one place. It uses AI for prospect searching.

Tubular has identified a market gap and weakness of the existing use of AI in CRM systems. Currently, the majority of AI tools have been at a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) level, and thus they require significant intelligent input from users to generate materials that add value and can be relied upon without independent, non-automated validation.

This project will allow Tubular to address this weakness and market gap, by providing the funds required for Tubular to integrate AI tools for SME development, that through select development would be available to our subscribers who have no specialist user knowledge.

The AI tools will deliver a range of benefits to clients, including:

* Automated content for pitches and emails
* Direction on the best next steps and practices
* Filtering and selection of opportunities
* Intelligent sales processes and tools

This would provide a valuable sales and business development resource to SMEs that currently does not exist.

AI is impacting all sectors of the economy, and for the CRM market, the potential impact of AI will be profound as it will increase levels of productivity for businesses and enhance customer experiences. By integrating new AI tools into Tubular, significant benefits to businesses and the wider economy would be generated.

For example, the new AI tools will deliver the following benefits to Tubular subscribers, having a positive UK economic impact:

* reduce cost of sales
* reduce wasted sales efforts
* increase small business viability
* increase productivity (particular UK challenge)
* build trust in AI
* bring AI to mass user group in new format
* promote collaboration and integration if use opensource (where possible) tools.

Tubular recognise that AI innovations will fundamentally disrupt the software industry for the better and want to be at the forefront of this industry change. This project will innovate Tubular's current Tubular CRM business model and deliver better benefits to our subscribers, so much so that we will see fundamental differences in how our client users operate daily.
