Abstract
The overall aims of the project are to:
Explore how CAR T-cells move within the tumour matrix and identify components which inhibit their movement.
Engineer therapeutic bacteria that are capable of modifying specific components of the tumour matrisome in situ.
Explore how modifying the tumour matrix in-situ may improve CAR T-cell therapy, using a unique tumour targeted and matrix modifying bacterial system.
