Development of intelligent multisensoRy tEchnology For proactIve asset managemenT (REFIT)
Lead Participant:
CENTRAL ELECTRICAL ARMATURE WINDING CO. LIMITED
Abstract
This project aims to develop an intelligent multisensory technology that both helps to increase the reliability and energy efficiency of industries' critical and non-critical assets through predictive maintenance as part of proactive management. The proposed solution will ensure that plants and processes are running efficiently and maintained with an effective Life Cycle Management system using data acquired using an intelligent IOT solution. This technology will incoporate AI-driven data analytic model to ensure maximum uptime as part of a proactive digital CBM solution. Outputs of the technology will increase productivity of industry and maximise workforce resources, resulting in higher profitability and sustainability of the manufacturing. Also as a secondary outcome, it will help reduce the carbon footprint of manufacturing industries.
