Abstract
A robust contract negotiation solution for the arts in the 21st century.
This project will fulfil the need to have a modern digital contract and negotiation solution the for arts organisations who tour and for the venues who receive them. Working with theatre, dance and music organisations and collective bodies, our solution will support the process of contract negotiation and creation from initial draft to the final signed contract.
The project is a SaaS solution using blockchain which is an incorruptible digital ledger that can be programmed to record virtually every transaction in the negotiation process with shared transparency.
The aim is to simplify the process saving companies time and money whilst providing clarity and transparency in the agreements.
