Development of a BVLOS Drone Pilot Training Course

Snowdonia Aerospace is proposing to create training course content and materials for beyond visual line-of-sight (BVLOS) drone operations that will support skills, talent and training across the future flight sector and which, subject to accreditation by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), will facilitate the subsequent delivery of a flight training programme. There is currently no accredited BVLOS training course available in the UK and hence our proposal represents an innovative and ambitious idea to meet a significant future flight talent requirement and we have the BVLOS experience within our team and the unique flight test facilities at the Snowdonia Aerospace Centre to make BVLOS flight training courses a realistic proposition.
