Abstract
The number of accidents caused by smartphone-distracted drivers has risen sharply over the last few years. Blackout wants to develop a IoT-enabled technology that allows to block all but emergency services and navigation on a smartphone while the vehicle is in motion. The aim of the grant is to deliver the solution in TRL6 after a test with professional LCV drivers.
