Abstract
My research during this MPhil year aims to quantify the impact of diversity in NHS patient satisfaction. I aim to analyze with econometric methods the publicly available NHS data on patient satisfaction from 2018 to 2022 from every GP practice in the UK, partitioned by different variables such as gender or ethnicity. Through this data analysis, I aim to investigate whether there are significant differences in satisfaction conditioned on diversity parameters and which groups of people have worse experience within NHS. In total, this research will identify the trends in patient satisfaction among multiple groups both in terms of time and population characteristics.
