Lead Research Organisation: UNIVERSITY OF EXETER
Department Name: Biosciences

Abstract

In this interdisciplinary PhD project, the student will combine the elegant tumour organoid cell culture system and the zebrafish xenograft models to study Wnt signal transport. By using high-resolution microscopy, the student will investigate the mechanisms modulating production, spread and activity of this important signal in healthy and diseased tissue in-vivo.
