| Description | As Hyper-Kamiokande spokesperson I managed to lead the experiments towards a phase of R&D for all the components, and towards design. The facility was also being built at the same time. Hyper-Kamiokande also passed all the internal reviews of the PAC (Project Advisory Committee) whilst starting to hold regular meetings with the funding agencies. Several collaborations with industrial partners were established and needed for construction. We also increased the number of collaborators in the experiment. |
| Exploitation Route | The Hyper-Kamiokande experiment is on the path of construction and, during the two years of the grant, steadily progressed towards this goal. There are still 4 years to go to complete the construction of the experiment. |

| Description | A workforce has been trained by the development of the detector. There are especially many students working on the Hyper-Kamiokande projects and many related theses. They have been trained to several relevant skills in computing, hardware, management, public speaking. etc. Knowledge exchange brought to several collaboration with industries and development of advanced photosensors, and electronics. |
