Abstract
the higgs boson observed at a mass of 125 Ge V is expected to decay to a pair of b-quarks nearly 60% of the time, if it is the Standard Model Higgs. Observation of the H->bb decay is very challenging however since the background rate of b-quark production from pure QCD is very high.
