Abstract

To acquire the capability of using Pair Distribution Function analysis using either synchrotron X-rays or lab source technology to gain quantitative insight into the structure of amorphous materials where the structural coherence extends over only a few nanometres, rendering conventional solid form monitoring techniques ineffective.
