Underrepresented founders are struggling to get investment. We'd like to change that and also support their growth through design. Only 2% reached female-founded companies, with a mere 10% of venture-backed startups having women as founders. The situation for Black founders is equally concerning, revealing deep-rooted inequalities. Just 3% of venture capital flows to Black entrepreneurs. These figures demand action and highlight a vital need for change.

Design plays a crucial role in helping founders become more investable, but also has diversity issues. We have enormous potential to revolutionise both the startup and design industry by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. But trusted access to talent can be an issue and managed agency's can be too expensive.

That's where our solution comes in. Design the Future is a platform that connects underrepresented founders - particularly among women, Black individuals, Ethnic minorities and other marginalised groups - with access to much needed capital and with the best and most talented and diverse design talent. Our goal is to establish a platform that accompanies the founders from raising money to creating better, more innovative and user-centered products that are inclusive. The resulting platform can help under-represented founders access capital and increase their chances of success - which indicates that our platform could be the leading most trusted source of minority founders in the world.

The platform will showcase top diverse founders to investors and enable founders, who are lacking designers on their team, to access top design talent: from areas such as: branding, UX/UI, product design, motion design and photography or place job ads for such individuals. Our network of partners, which can be scaled to major cities around the world, aim's to be diverse and curated - designed to help founders with their project, offering services at reasonable prices and/or for equity. As an invite-only curated network, managed by Design Future, of exceptional up-and-coming design talent, our tailored approach is innovative compared to other platforms such as Upwork.

The platform is designed to showcase top diverse founders to investors - which would be totally unique in the market place. Additionally new approach opens up a range of additional revenue streams - further enhancing the potential for success. It enables founders who lack designers on their team to access high-quality design talent across various areas, including branding, UX/UI, product design, motion design and photography. Additionally, founders can place job ads to attract individuals with specific design skills.
