Abstract
SSBV Space & Ground Systems, in colloboration with Southampton University will investigate the development of a new generation of reaction wheel for agile Earth Observation small-satellite application. This will include investigation of novel methods for restraining the flywheel mass during the launch phase enabling higher reliability and longer life of the mechanism.
