Polymer coated cell cultureware for harvesting human embryonic stem cells
Lead Participant:
ILIKA TECHNOLOGIES LTD
Abstract
Ilika has identified a polymer with novel properties, which when applied to a surface can be used to grow and harvest undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). These cells are particularly difficult to culture and this technical breakthrough is important for realising their potential in regenerative medicine.
