onic liquid based Screen Print INk DeveLopment for printed Electronics (SPINDLE)

PolyPhotonix is developing technology for printed electronics via a roll to roll printing technique. In order to allow PolyPhotonix's medical, point of sale or advertising light emitting devices to be manufactured in sufficient quantities, rotary screen printing is required. The commercially available inks that are currently available are not fit for purpose. Within this project, PolyPhotonix will look at the feasibility of adding certain additives to these inks and will test them in devices manufactured by flatbed screen printing and through rotary screen printing.
