PREDICTOR Feasibility Study
Lead Participant:
RINICARE LIMITED
Abstract
This Feasibility Study is to explore the commercial potential of PREDICTOR, an innovative continuous patient monitoring system to identify, in each individual patient, their risk of developing serious complications that treaten death or disability. This computer based system builds on our teams successful risk prediction programmes in medicine as well as the aviation and oil industries to surpass human limitations in processing large volumes of patient data. Through early identification of increasing risk of post-operative cardiovascular, respiratory and renal complications, PREDICTOR will allow prompt and preventive medical intervention, thus improving the chance of a successful health outcome and contributing to the sustainability of the healthcare system.
