Abstract
The purpose of this project is to accelerate the development and testing of AVID MIcro
Hybrid Systems for New applications. The MIcro Hybrid system was developed by AVID to
reduce emissions and fuel consumption of heavy duty vehicles. The product has successfully been proven in one application. This project will result in the application of the technology to other applications where a reduction in emissions and fuel consumption can be acheived.
