A Innovation Voucher is sought to establish an IP position prior to commencing a collaborative proof of concept project with a research establishment and a university. By securing the UK IP filing at an early stage it will allow the company to file subsequent update filings throughout the project. The IP filing will also form the basis of further collaborative agreements including industrial partners. The route to market will be discussed with the IP advisor so that advice can also be given on the best way to proceed.
