Abstract
We would like to research the Pro's and Con's of using softwoods against hardwoods . We are trying to educate our customers in the benefits and sustainability of using softwoods. We would also like to publish a chart on our website detailing the different characteristics of each species, hard and soft, of commonly used timber for firewood, e.g. How it grows, Where it is mostly grown, drying times, sustainability, images of the tree.
