Investigation of Surface/Structure relationship of Curran in Formulations

Lead Participant: CELLUCOMP LIMITED

Abstract

Curran®, a material formed by the extraction of nano-cellulose fibres from root vegetables, offers exceptional rheological and mechanical properties for numerous applications, such as paints and coatings, personal care products, cosmetics. This study is to better understand the structure building properties of Curran®, in water based coating formulations. This knowledge can then be used to better formulate in new application areas.
