PI Contribution Dr Camila Zanella in my research group has analysed the data generated on a Toropi_6.4 x Thatcher wheat mapping population - SNP marker data against leaf and stripe rust phenotypic data.
Collaborator Contribution AAFC screened our Toropi genotype along with Toropi_6.4 with the 90K iSelect wheat SNP array. They hosted Dr Camila Zanella for 3 weeks providing her with training in the interpretation and analysis of the 90K ANP data.
Impact Manuscripts published on yellow and leaf rust resistance. Collaboration expanded to include Silvia Rosa, Cerom, Quebec, Canada.
