Results and Impact A survey of the scientific literature to gain an understanding of UK plant phenomics activities. A literature review, using Web of Science, was used to identify appropriate papers, then these were interrogated, using GPT4, to capture relevant data. Specifically, we aimed to quantify the following parameters:
1. Publications involving a significant UK input by year
2. Where are plants grown?
3. Which species are studied?
4. Which stresses/conditions (abiotic and biotic) are being investigated?
5. What phenotyping technologies are utilised?
6. What platforms are used to make these measurements?
This will help inform PhenomUK's understanding of current activities , providing an understanding of the tools used and the scale of activities.
