Description That we can create communities for behavioural influence based on individual and community values and that we can do this using social media. The communities own the content and create and share content that influences there energy saving behaviour.
Exploitation Route The use of behaviour and influence through social media has wide relevance to not just energy related issues but also to other social and welfare and health issues as well as defence and security.
