Abstract
Abstracts are not currently available in GtR for all funded research. This is normally because the abstract was not required at the time of proposal submission, but may be because it included sensitive information such as personal details.

Description | To date, although we have just started, we have manufactured Mn doped CdSe particles that have exhibited interesting magnetic properties that we have in the process of measuring with our grant partners at the University of Surrey. These results, once fully analysed, will be published. We also have preliminary results on the synthesis of InN materials, although we need significant development to obtain publishable results. We have also uncovered a new family of materials that have use in display, and we are exploring these accordingly. |
Exploitation Route | We have developed nitride QDs for display applications, and we have discovered a new family of materials. This is the basis of further work and we will publish in time. |
