Description We have worked towards an understanding of a number of common reaction processes that use reactive organic compounds known as NHCs and demonstrated their utility in understanding reaction mechanisms.
Exploitation Route The understanding generated will be of widespread use within the synthesis and caltaysis communities, and may translate to large scale applications. IN particular, the understanding generated in this work will be able to be understood and applied by others leading to new reactivity.
