Results and Impact | A public lecture delivered at St Peter's school, York, which discussed the use of high energy lasers to generate and probe material at extreme conditions. An audience of around 200 members of the general public, including school groups from around the North Yorkshire region. This talk led to many questions from the audience, many of whom reported a new appreciation for this previously unseen area of physics. |
