Description | Enabling Sharing access to ultra-high sensitivity NMR spectroscopy for Bath University |
Organisation | University of Bath |
Country | United Kingdom |
Sector | Academic/University |
PI Contribution | Dr Dan Pantos has been using the 13C-cryoprobe and spectrometer to analyse samples which are completely inaccessible using the existing Bath NMR capabilities (<1 milligram of large molecules). This has further led to data being obtained with Bristol's 600MHz 1H-cryoprobe system, which has enabled us to measure data on even more demanding samples (<500micrograms of large molecules). |
