Impact This is a policy briefing arising from my funded research on aidworkers, which has been widely distributed, both in hardcopy and electronically, especially among the HR sections of international aid agencies, training organisations such 'People in Aid' and 'RedR', as well as among practitioners attending international conferences, including most recently the Humanitarian Innovation Conference (19/20 July 2014, Oxford).
