Results and Impact | AR gave a public lecture as part of the Oxford Disability Awareness Week, 2012. Around 40 people attended the event, which began with a discussion of evidence of increased functioning in autism (including the findings of the ESRC project). The presentation was followed by a discussion regarding how to increase knowledge of skills and ability in autism across the wider community. There was very positive feedback to the event from members of the Oxford University Disability Advisory Service. |
