PI Contribution Data and samples from clinical trials were made available to Oxford-based research being undertaken within the collaboration.
Impact Whole genome SNP typing: 318,000 tagging SNPs derived from Phase 1 HapMap data have been genotyped in VICTOR and QUASAR2 patients. Targeted SNP genotyping: preliminary analysis results. Tumour specific factors: preliminary results of diagnostic profile of somatic markers. Single discipline: oncology.
