Description We have distributed 'principles' of good practice related to knowledge acquisition and the development of small and medium sized enterprises. These should be extremely useful to providers who are aiming to help small firms and their managers grow and develop.
Exploitation Route Our findings have been incorporated into a practitioner book that should be taken to assist in SME development and growth and the development of managers. The findings build on and confirm the understandings that have been developed within the field of Small Business Education and Development.
