My research will directly address the REACH CDA BBK/BFI project title: Uncovering the Influence of Migrant Filmmakers on the Emergence and Development of British Film 1940-1970 with specific research on the work of Polish Filmmaker Mira Hamermesh (1926-2012) whose films are held in the collections of the British Film Institute.
