Vodus Medical a company involved in developing optical products for the healthcare market are developing a novel urinary catheter which offers reduced complications from blockages and infections. Research In the Oral & Dental Sciences Research Group, at the University of Central Lancashire, complements the objectives of this proposal and as such can benefit from the local academic environment and the expertise it has to offer.
