Abstract
The reconstruction of neutrino events in large liquid Argon Time Projection Chambers (LArTPCs) is a computationally challenging problem that has yet to be solved. The aim of this PhD project is to develop pattern recognition software in the state-of-the-art Pandora framework to develop a fully-automated reconstruction chain to identify and classify neutrino interaction in MicroBooNE. The resulting reconstruction will be utilised to measure exclusive neutrino integration cross sections,
