Attractor Reconstruction Analysis of ECG Signals
Lead Research Organisation:

Department Name: Mathematics
Abstract
Attractor Reconstruction Analysis of ECG Signals - Our attractor reconstruction method for analysing blood pressure signals will be adapted to the analysis of ECG signals. Changes in the ECG signal associated with various diseases will be considered in order to determine the best measure from the ECG attractor to be used to detect this change. The method currently uses three delay coordinates, but a higher number of coordinates will also be considered. The project will involve analysing actual ECG data from clinical and/or pharmaceutical sources.
