Abstract
By co-producing research with one of the UK's leading operators of Academy Schools, I will explore the construction of identity in a large third-sector organisation. This should expand our understanding of how identification can be maintained amid competing organisational identity attributes, and how it may include moral or spiritual aspects. By helping large TSOs mitigate the risks of employee dis-identification, this study should support well-being and productivity. It should also help educational policy-makers better understand the operation of faith-based schools.
