Using Direct Analyte-Probed Nanoextraction Mass Spectrometry (DAPNe-MS) as an approach for analysis of proton radiated and non-radiated cell
Lead Research Organisation:
University of Surrey
Department Name: Chemistry
Abstract
Optimisation of an ambient mass spectrometry technique, Direct Analyte-Probed Nanoextraction Mass Spectrometry (DAPNe-MS), to improve the repeatability and quantification capabilities when analysing discrete areas of biological samples. The technique will then be used as an approach for analysis of proton radiated and non-radiated cells.
