Description | I have shared my findings with two consultancy companies who are responsible for working with large employers and improving work family initiatives. These companies work in Australia (Working Families Australia) and Australia and the UK (How Do You Do It?). I have also presented my research for the Chartered Institute of Personal Development which might positively affect practitioner's outlook upon working fathers. |
