Measuring Vcb in Beautiful Top Decays

Abstract
Roberts will work on the ATLAS experiment at CERN, a large, multinational particle physics collbaoration. The impact would be potentially to observe the renormalisation group running of a CKM matrix element for the first time.
The aim and objective is to measure the CKM matrix element Vcb using the "silver" mode ttbar->blnu b bbar c with one missing or untagged jet.
It is a brand new idea proposed by his supervisor (Prof. Paul Harrison).
Will collaborate with the whole international ATLAS collaboration.
