Gravitational astrophysics with ground and space-based detectors
Lead Research Organisation:
University of Glasgow
Department Name: School of Physics and Astronomy
Abstract
Ground and space-based gravitational waves detectors give complementary data on the evolution and parameters of compact binary coalescences. This project will investigate the effect on parameter estimation of combining these data, and will consider sensitivity to perturbing influences, such as local accelerations of the source.
