The role of phengite in volatile cycling in subduction zones
Lead Research Organisation:
University of Edinburgh
Department Name: Sch of Geosciences
Abstract
This project studies how phengite records transport of volatiles in subducted crust by measuring
its nitrogen, boron and halogens contents and variations at the micrometre scale in highpressure
rocks.
