Description | This grant was awarded to a colleague at Surrey who died in service. It only had access time at the Ion Beam Centre on it. This time was successfully provided to the PI of the grant at Heriott Watt. Further time was provided at the MIAMI facility in Huddersfield to look at in-situ implantation damage during irradiation. |
Exploitation Route | This was the job of the PI on this grant. The role of the Ion Beam Centre in this was to providing doping and activation of samples so that device structures could be made. From our perspective the doping and activation was a standard technology. |
