PI Contribution Collaboration between our institute, Portsmouth hospitals, and University of Portsmouth schools of health and dentistry. Our IAA fellow together with Andrew Lundgren have engaged in research examining spread of droplets in high-resolution high-speed photographs, using techniques from astronomy object identification. This is in the context of understanding the spread of Covid-19.
Collaborator Contribution Portsmouth Hospitals provided a respiratory therapist who made the droplet production model. Bristol provided precise aerosol sizes for comparison with our methods.
