Abstract
Investigate PDCD4 regulation in B cell lymphoma cell lines and primary chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells. This will involve treatment with inhibitors of BCR signalling and translation machinery to investigate the role of PDCD4 in malignancy. Focus will be on investigating the post-translational modification of PDCD4 and the transcriptional regulation of PDCD4 using a bioinformatics approach.
